Notes
U-series MOBILE processor. BGA soldered — available only in laptops/embedded systems, no retail socket. Intel 3 node (not TSMC N3B). Only 2 P-cores (vs 6-8 on desktop), but HT is enabled giving 14 threads. 15W TDP / 57W burst. LP E-cores allow compute tile shutdown at idle for battery savings. PCIe 4.0 only (no PCIe 5.0). ECC not supported. Max 128GB RAM. No cooler.
